Responsibilities:

  • Based in Indonesia, the incumbent will be responsible for a plant currently with about 500 staff; managing the business portfolio of Indonesia market with full P&L accountability, and leading the organization in strategy formulation, execution and functional excellence
  • Advise the top management in setting the strategic direction and drive the activities to meet the performance milestone
  • Identify key markets which will have high growth potential, initiate and implement market penetration strategies for each segment
  • Establish solid customer contacts and network within the country; as well as to spearhead the strategic and tactical initiatives for sales growth, market segmentation, customer acquisition and major account development and penetration
  • He/she is also accountable for product development, manufacturing, quality, marketing, customer service, strategic alliances, finance, human resources and government relationship cultivation
  • Effectively lead, motivate and develop the management team to meet business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and timely response to the regulatory changes, e.g. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Code of Conduct, etc.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree from reputable universities, in the following major: Information Technology or Computer Science

Technical skills (Programming):

  • Familiar with .Net and or Java;
